Air Fryer Garlic Salmon & Shrimp with Greens

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 12 large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon fillets and shrimp, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down. Arrange the shrimp around the salmon. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the shrimp are opaque and pink.
  • While the seafood is cooking, heat a pan over medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil, the minced garlic, the chopped Swiss chard. Sauté until the greens are wilted. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange the salmon and shrimp on a plate with the sautéed Swiss chard on the side.
