Airfryer Turkey Meatballs
The best and easiest way to make crispy turkey meatballs!

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbspn olive oil
- 1/2 cup Italian Style breadcrumbs, more if necessary
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbspn balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Depending on the following situations...
If Too Dry: add more olive oil
If Too Wet: add more breadcrumbs
Roll a small palmful of the ground meat mixture into a meatball and arrange on a baking sheet.
Once all meatballs are made, drop them all in the airfryer basket. If you have a small airfryer, cook in batches.
Set airfryer to 15 minutes, 400 degrees. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Serve immediately with your condiments of choice!
