Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • maple syrup or honey

Instructions
 

  • Boil the quinoa in the water, stirring occasionally until fluffy.
  • Meanwhile, chop the almonds to your liking.
  • When quinoa is done, layer it in a bowl with the almonds and blueberries.
  • Drizzle maple syrup or honey before serving.
