Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread with Greek Yogurt

- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375, with a rack in the middle.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas well.
Add the flour, brown sugar, beaten egg, vanilla, Greek yogurt, and baking soda. Mix, mix, mix! Set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the white sugar and cinnamon.
Grease and flour a loaf pan. Add in half the batter.
Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the batter.
Add the rest of the batter on top. Sprinkle the last of the cinnamon sugar on top of the batter.
Place in oven for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through. (Poke a skewer in the middle and it should come out clean!)
