Blueberry Almond Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- maple syrup or honey
Boil the quinoa in the water, stirring occasionally until fluffy.
Meanwhile, chop the almonds to your liking.
When quinoa is done, layer it in a bowl with the almonds and blueberries.
Drizzle maple syrup or honey before serving.
