Blueberry Almond Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • maple syrup or honey
  1. Boil the quinoa in the water, stirring occasionally until fluffy.

  2. Meanwhile, chop the almonds to your liking.

  3. When quinoa is done, layer it in a bowl with the almonds and blueberries.

  4. Drizzle maple syrup or honey before serving.
