Hey There! I’m Silvia. Call me Espi.

I didn’t come to this life with extra time.
I’ve been working, studying, and building a home since I was 21 (and training how to do that since I was a child). Over the years, I’ve learned how to carry a full life—raising three children, leading at work, and still coming home to cook dinner, clean up, and begin again the next day.
There was never a season where everything slowed down.
And for a long time, I thought that meant I couldn’t live intentionally. That meaningful meals, liturgical living, or a peaceful home were things reserved for people with more time, more help, or a different kind of life.
But over the years, I’ve come to see things differently.
A home doesn’t become meaningful because you have more time.
It becomes meaningful through what you choose to do with the time you already have.
Espiliving grew out of that realization.
This space is where I share what I’m actually doing – simple meals tied to the liturgical year, small rhythms that bring calm into busy days, and systems that help a home run without constant overwhelm.
Not perfectly. Not all at once. And not every day.
Just consistently enough to matter.
I’m not a professional chef. I’m not a stay-at-home mother.
I’m a mom who finds purpose in her work and passion at home, and who is still figuring out how to do all of that well.
And maybe you are too.
If you’re carrying a full life and still want your home to feel grounded, meaningful, and a little more calm — you’re in the right place!
