Adopting a slow living lifestyle was an easy choice for me as a Catholic. The reasons can be summed up in four words: Connection, Simplicity, Community, and Mindfulness. Each of these aspects are what makes living a slow life beautiful, as well as what defines a fulfilling, faith-filled life.
