Espiliving: A Slow, Seasonal, and Spiritual Living Blog
Hey There! I’m Silvia.
Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I am on a mission to inspire women to live slow, seasonal, and spiritual lives. In a world that often feels chaotic and overwhelming, I felt the need to create a safe (& brave!) space that resonates with all of us. Juggling the responsibilities of family, work, and personal well-being can be challenging, and I have found comfort in embracing slow, seasonal, and spiritual living – capturing as much as I can on this blog.
As a woman who wears many hats, I understand the struggle of finding balance and purpose in the everyday.
- I’ve been a daughter of a hard-working immigrant family that has always valued a strong work ethic and honest living.
- I’ve been (and continue to be!) a life-long student constantly learning new practical skills, both traditional and modern.
- I’ve been a teacher, and now school leader, striving to influence communities in need.
- I’m a wife and mother constantly looking for ways to provide nourishment to my family, both in body and soul.
- I’m a Catholic mom who is regularly reminded that I am not my own, but His, and whose purpose for me I continually try to fulfill.
From the kitchen to the heart of the home, I share my passion for cooking good, homemade food that nourishes not only our bodies but also our spirits. Here, you will find inspiration for slow, intentional, and seasonal living. A life where we prioritize what truly matters – family, faith, and the simple joys of life.
Through stories, recipes, and reflections, I hope to inspire and empower others to slow down, savor the seasons, and infuse their lives with rich values in order to create a haven of warmth, love, and purpose.
Welcome to a community where we celebrate the beauty in the ordinary and find grace in the everyday moments.
