Air Fryer Garlic Salmon and Shrimp w/ Greens

This Air Fryer Garlic Salmon and Shrimp is served with Swiss Chard from the garden. (You can substitute any greens you have!) I made this to celebrate the Feast of St. Irenaeus, a Doctor of the Church with roots in the Mediterranean – before the countries we know today even existed! This meal was quick to make and made good use of the air fryer for healthy cooking and easy clean-up….but could very well be fried up in a pan!

Why This Recipe Works for a Family
